The email should include a list of the products you'd like to rent, as well as the length of time you'll need them for. For example: “Sony A74 + 1 battery + 1 memory card + ND filter for 3 days.”

Rental is always charged by the day, not by the hour.
Everything is set out in a contract to protect both parties.
The products are not shipped; they can be picked up from me.
The tenant must be able to provide proof of personal liability insurance for rented properties.
A security deposit is required at the time of pickup to cover damage, theft, etc.
The tenant must present identification (ID card or passport) for the contract and for identification purposes.
 
Experience shows that a cautious approach is necessary, as the value can quickly reach the four- or five-digit range.
